We are looking for a dynamic educator who can engage children in their learning journey. This role involves planning creative lessons, maintaining a prepared classroom, and promoting self-directed learning. Establishing positive relationships with parents and participating in professional development are vital components of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct lessons based on Montessori principles

• Encourage children’s self-directed exploration and learning

• Organize and maintain a clean classroom environment

• Report on student progress and document evaluations

• Foster strong parent-teacher communication

Requirements:

• Montessori Casa Diploma (AMI or MACTE preferred)

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Patient and enthusiastic personality

• Willingness to complete a criminal reference check
