Position: SERT Program Support - Permanent Role
Location: courtice

Join the Permanent SERT team at PVNCCDSB in a program support capacity focused on fostering inclusive education. Applicants must be on the Occasional Teacher Roster and available for interviews on June 29th and 30th.
This assignment is specifically for members of the OECTA-PVNC Unit and qualified external candidates. To be eligible, educators must hold certifications in Primary, Junior, or Intermediate education along with Special Education Part
1. Daily email checks for interview communications are essential as scheduling will be conducted through Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement special education strategies in the classroom

• Collaborate with colleagues on student programs

• Engage with parents and the community for support

• Assess and track student learning outcomes

• Provide individualized support for student needs
Requirements:

• Certification in Primary/Junior/Intermediate education required

• Special Education Part 1 is essential

• Being part of the Occasional Teacher Roster List necessary

• Must be available for in-person interviews

• Advocate for inclusive educational practices
Support PVNCCDSB in providing quality education tailored to student needs.
