As part of Brooklin Mill Montessori School, we are looking for a dedicated MACTE-accredited Casa Directress.

This role offers a chance to guide young students using Montessori methods while collaborating closely with teaching partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and show passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Casa classroom with a focus on engagement

• Collaborate with colleagues on student development

• Encourage independence and curiosity through Montessori principles

• Maintain effective communication with families

• Organize and stimulate the classroom environment

Requirements:

• MACTE-accredited Montessori diploma (Toddler Level) needed

• Previous experience in Montessori education preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Strong commitment to early childhood education

• Team-oriented and proactive in approach
