Montessori Toddler Guide

OMS Montessori is hiring a dedicated Montessori Toddler Guide for their Ontario location starting June 2026. This full-time role focuses on fostering children's independence and learning.

Join a well-established, non-profit Montessori school dedicated to children aged 18 months to 3 years. You'll work collaboratively with a supportive team of three assistants. Essential responsibilities include preparing a nurturing environment, guiding children's social and early learning, and effective communication with families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a nurturing Montessori learning environment

• Guide children's independence and social development

• Collaborate with assistants and staff for classroom harmony

• Communicate with families and school leadership

Requirements:

• AMI or equivalent Montessori Toddler Diploma

• Experience with young children in Montessori settings

• Commitment to teamwork and professionalism

• Bilingualism is an asset
