Early Childhood Educator

Position: Full-Time Early Childhood Educator
Join our Oshawa team as a Full-Time Registered Early Childhood Educator, earning between $18.00 and $24.00 CAD per hour. Drive children’s learning with effective curriculum implementation and observation.

This position seeks an experienced early childhood educator to create a vibrant and supportive learning atmosphere. You will engage in planning developmentally appropriate activities while adhering to standards set by the Child Care and Early Years Act. Fluency in English and Mandarin is crucial for effective interaction with families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging educational activities

• Observe and document developmental progress of children

• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all children

• Adhere to licensing standards and center policies

• Guide positive behavior among children daily

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education certification required

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin

• Proven experience in classroom management

• Knowledge of developmental frameworks and safety protocols

• Willingness to maintain a nurturing environment
