Experienced Montessori Lower Elementary Educator

OMS Montessori is seeking an experienced Lower Elementary Guide to promote independence and curiosity in young learners. This full-time role focuses on ages 6-12.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare an engaging Montessori environment for learning

• Deliver curriculum materials, including Great Lessons

• Facilitate uninterrupted work and encourage choice

• Guide collaborative and independent learning environments

• Record and track student academic progress

Requirements:

• AMI Montessori Elementary credentials or equivalent

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Deep understanding of developmental characteristics

• Skilled in observation and lesson planning

• Passion for continuous professional development
