On-Site Dean of Social Studies

The position requires a doctorate degree and over five years of relevant experience. You will lead the Social Studies department in developing comprehensive training programs and managing faculty recruitment. Supervision of more than 20 staff members positions you at the forefront of educational change, making significant contributions to both curriculum and educational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement curriculum for educational programs
• Supervise staff in compiling educational requirements
• Manage recruitment and hiring processes for educators
• Oversee curriculum research and development projects
• Direct budget planning and administration for various programs
Requirements:
• Doctorate degree in a related discipline
• At least 5 years of educational leadership experience
• Strong supervisory experience with large teams
• Excellent financial management and organizational skills
• Proven track record in curriculum development
