Share your passion for music as a Piano Lessons Teacher with Long & McQuade in Bowmanville, Ontario. This contract position requires weekend availability to deliver engaging piano lessons.
We are seeking independent contractors for our Lesson Centre at Long & McQuade. Ideal candidates will have a music degree or diploma, or a minimum of Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments. Previous teaching experience with diverse age groups is essential, along with knowledge of effective teaching methods and lesson planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide effective piano lessons to students of all ages
• Develop lesson plans tailored to individual needs
• Engage students with various learning methods
• Adapt teaching techniques to different skill levels
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
Requirements:
• Music degree or diploma from a recognized institution
• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments
• Proven teaching experience with all age groups
• Strong grasp of standard teaching methods
• Flexible schedule for weekend lessons
