Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pastoral leadership to the school community

• Support and implement the Board Pastoral Plan

• Organize retreats for students and staff

• Facilitate workshops and meetings within the school

• Coordinate volunteer programs in the wider community

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Care or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in youth work or pastoral care

• Practicing Roman Catholic with a pastoral reference

• Valid Driver's License for travel

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
