Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

PhD student

Knowledge of course material, with an emphasis on leadership expertise including the self-in-systems approach to leader development.

Previous experience as GTA for Executive Programs

Previous experience with course content

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:

PhD student at the University of Guelph

Previous experience as GTA for LEAD
