This full-time position works closely with the Associate Dean of Health Sciences to enhance curriculum delivery through simulation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop interactive, simulation-based curricula for health sciences
• Provide ongoing support and training to faculty
• Maintain all simulation learning environments
• Facilitate hands-on training sessions with students

Requirements:
• Nursing degree and active Ontario nursing registration
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare settings
• 2-3 years specifically in healthcare simulation
• Competency in instructional design and adult learning
• Familiarity with advanced simulation technology
