Take on the role of Faith Formation Coordinator at Water Street Church, where you will inspire faith and spiritual growth throughout the congregation. This full-time position emphasizes collaboration and outreach.

We are looking for a Faith Formation Coordinator to join our vibrant church community in Guelph. This role is essential for leading the faith formation team and supporting the spiritual development of both young and older members of the congregation. Strong administrative skills and effective teaching abilities are key to fulfilling this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the faith formation team’s efforts in church ministries

• Encourage faith development among congregants of all ages

• Collaborate with volunteers to deliver impactful programs

• Provide education on scripture and Reformed beliefs

• Report to the Pastor and Consistory regarding team activities

Requirements:

• Preferred Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Experience in church settings is beneficial

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Familiarity with Reformed Christian doctrine

• Acceptable Vulnerable Sector Police Check necessary
