Durham College is seeking an experienced and motivated professional who shares our commitment to quality and student success. To teach in the Honours Bachelor of Behavoural Sciences, the Facultyof Social and Community Services requires part-time professors to hold a PhD in psychology; an EdD with specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a Masters with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
In addition, Applicants must also be certified as aBCBA or must be a Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont) to teachinthe Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Science program.
The following courses are available for delivery:
SOCI 26001 - Acquired Brain Injury
Part-time faculty teach up to 6 hours per week with varied schedules

Monday through Thursday between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm and Fridays between 8:00 amand 6:00 pm. Part-time recruitment is ongoing and is dependent on when courses are being taught and the need for faculty to teach. Course assignments arebased on scheduling and instructional needs.
Academic starting wages are determined based on qualifications andyears of related experience. Upon hire, the incumbent will receive a paycalculation to determine their 'step' placement within the pay range. Part-timeprofessors will be paid on the applicable wage grid, which currently ranges from $80.62 through $139.88 per teaching contact hour.
