The Office of Student Life is seeking five dedicated individuals for a limited-term invigilator role. Reporting to the Manager of Test Centre and Integrated Services, you will monitor exams, verify student IDs, and maintain test integrity. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary for this engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check in students and verify identification
• Monitor students during examinations
• Set up and clean testing rooms
• Report exam irregularities to the proper authorities
• Address student inquiries professionally
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education completion required
• Minimum 1 year in an accommodated Test Centre preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience preferable
• Strong organizational and computer skills needed
• Capable of working at multiple locations
