Location: Whitby
Teach Grade 4 l CS as a 1.0 FTE Long Term Occasional Teacher from November 9 through December 18, 2026.
This temporary teaching assignment is with the Durham Catholic District School Board. The classroom placement requires Junior Basic Qualifications and Ontario College of Teachers certification in good standing. The assignment may end earlier or later if the classroom teacher returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach a Grade 4 classroom l CS
Fulfill the 1.0 FTE long term occasional assignment
Work within the stated classroom teaching placement
Support continuity during the classroom teacher’s absence
Requirements:
Certification in good standing from the Ontario College of Teachers
Junior Basic Qualifications
Ability to serve from November 9 through December 18, 2026
Understanding that the assignment may change with teacher return
Bring Ontario teaching certification and Junior Basic Qualifications to this Grade 4 classroom assignment with DCDSB.
