Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Business Operations, this position supports the delivery of capital and operational projects across EnerFORGE’s portfolio of renewable generation and district energy assets. The successful candidate will provide project coordination and day-to-day project management support to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

This position will be primarily based in downtown Toronto, with regular travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) required to support project execution and site activities across EnerFORGE’s diverse business lines.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, experience coordinating technical projects, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.

This newly created position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. EnerFORGE also offers a comprehensive benefits package, employee reimbursement programs, and a performance-based bonus structure.

As the successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to:

Coordinate assigned projects from initiation through completion under the guidance of senior leadership;

Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and status reporting;

Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal resources to support project execution;

Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items;

Assist with procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, quotation gathering, and support for RFP/RFQ processes;

Monitor project progress and flag potential schedule or budget risks;

Support contract administration, including change order tracking and project documentation;

Coordinate project-related site visits and inspections;

Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, drawings, and records;

Support commissioning and startup activities for new equipment and systems;

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management;

Promote and support a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable health and safety legislation and procedures;

Respond to customer and partner inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

What you have to offer:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline;

2–5 years of project coordination or project management experience in construction, utilities, industrial, or technical environments;

Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects;

Working knowledge of project management principles and practices;

Familiarity with construction practices and basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems;

Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation and construction standards;

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools;

Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders;

Strong problem-solving and time management abilities;

Valid Class G driver’s license in Ontario.
