• Leverage expertise in project controls and lesson learned processes to capture and document lessons learned from project experiences ensuring that valuable insights are retained and shared across the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on project controls and lessons learned processes ensuring they are equipped to deliver complex projects successfully.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization, ensuring that lessons learned are shared and applied to future projects and that best practices are identified and implemented.
• Analyze project performance data and report on key metrics, including schedule, cost, risk and resource allocation to identify areas of improvement and inform future project planning.
• Develop and maintain Lessons Learned tools and templates to ensure that project teams have the necessary resources to deliver complex projects successfully.
• Facilitate Lessons Learned workshops and learning sessions.
• Support with comprising reports and presentations for Executive Board Reporting.

• 4-year university degree
• PMP is an asset
• Strong understanding of project controls principles and Lessons Learned process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of project controls principles, including scheduling, cost management, risk management and resource allocation
• Experience with Six Sigma/Kaizen/Lean Practices/Running Workshops
• Power BI, MS Office, experienced with building and analyzing dashboards
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Valid security clearance
