• Lead and manage EPC projects from initiation through commissioning and closeout, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives.
• Administer EPC contracts, review invoices, track purchase orders, and oversee vendor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and approved budgets.
• Develop project execution plans, risk registers, business case summaries, lifecycle forecasts, and mitigation strategies to support project governance and funding approvals.
• Provide field leadership and coordination with station teams and contractors while mentoring junior staff and supporting administrative and reporting activities.

Experience Required

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience delivering large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction projects involving installation and commissioning activities.
• Strong experience managing project cost, schedule, forecasting, risk management, and vendor/contractor oversight.
• Experience preparing estimates, execution plans, contracting strategies, and lifecycle business planning documentation.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical systems and major industrial equipment, with experience supporting field execution or work planning activities.
• Professional Engineer designation from Professional Engineers Ontario or certification from Project Management Institute considered strong assets, along with strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
