Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and improve overall production process flow

• Document processes using value stream maps and diagrams

• Develop timing plans for new projects

• Validate processes to ensure compliance with requirements

• Manage projects from conception to completion

Requirements:

• Graduate from an engineering or technical program

• 3-5 years industrial experience preferred

• Strong team-building and leadership capabilities

• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
