Position: Transformative Engineering Manager Role at HPS
Elevate manufacturing engineering as a Transformative Engineering Manager at Hammond Power Solutions in Guelph, Ontario. Drive maintenance systems and champion engineering excellence across facilities.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop and manage preventative maintenance and ensure efficient practices in transformer manufacturing.

Your role encompasses leadership, compliance management, and project oversight to directly impact production capabilities and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production alignment with equipment availability

• Direct solutions for non‑standard processes and designs

• Manage maintenance requirements and janitorial services

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout operations

• Conduct performance reviews and training for team members

Requirements:

• 6 to 9 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering

• 5+ years of leadership experience required

• Completed post-secondary education in Engineering

• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and hydraulics

• Proven ability to manage and support a team of 10
