What is the Opportunity?
Reporting to the IDD Manager, the IDD Coordinator will provide support to the team with Digital Integration across project disciplines (design, estimating, planning, & construction), enabling digital construction through leveraging the BIM Data.

What You'll Do Here

Support the IDD team with document production to enable IDD for project execution.

Support team with CAD Production and 3D Modelling activities.

Develop algorithmic processes and scripting (Dynamo, Python, LISP, VBA). Support with 3D model coordination, clash detection and reporting.

Manage systems set up and maintenance – Assemble systems and ACC Report on information modelling quality.

Manage model uploads and version control on the Common Data Environment (CDE).

Ensure alignment with project taxonomy, LOD/LOI standards, and naming conventions.

Facilitate coordination meetings with the construction leads and assist with 4D/5D model integration where required.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

What You Bring To The Table

University or technical college diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

2-3 years of BIM/CAD experience.

Understanding of the Connected Data Environment and how it supports projects.

Working knowledge of EHS regulations.

Strong knowledge of 3D information modelling and CAD production skills within Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.

Understanding of the design and construction phases and alignment with the Digital Plan of Works.

Skills in coordinating Reporting activities.

Drawing production – CAD Experience is an asset.

Basic 3D Modelling capability in a 3D Modelling package is an asset.

Ability to write BIM reports is an asset.

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Proven track record of good performance and attendance.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Basic presentation skills.

Other Requirements

Pay Range: $75 – 90K. Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
