Step into a pivotal role as Junior Technical Staff, supporting performance improvement and data management. Engage with vendors, lead investigations, and develop impactful metrics in a fully onsite environment.
This position is essential for coordinating self-assessments and validating trends within performance improvement areas. You will work directly with engineering principles to assist in creating corrective action plans and analyzing data. The focus will include supporting refurbishment projects and collaborating with project managers to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
• Coordinate self-assessments and trend validation
• Manage data and create Power
BI reports
• Lead investigations for adverse conditions
• Collaborate on Vendor Corrective Action Processes
Requirements:
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Familiarity with engineering principles and techniques
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Project Management experience is an asset
