Laurentis Energy Partners is seeking a results-oriented leader with at least 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering. In this full-time position, you will guide a skilled team within the nuclear industry, delivering engineering solutions and strategic growth. Your technical background, combined with strong managerial skills, will ensure accountability and effective project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical guidance for design/analysis work
• Oversee design modifications and engineering staff
• Collaborate with stakeholders on nuclear projects
• Develop technical specifications and manage design control
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate team development
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Minimum 8 years in mechanical project design
• Registered professional engineer in Ontario
• Solid knowledge of CSA N285.0 and ASME standards
• Proven leadership in team management
