Drive operational excellence as an Industrial Engineer III - Continuous Improvement with GEODIS. Utilize your engineering expertise to execute impactful projects for client growth and efficiency.
This role involves analyzing storage media applications and optimizing order profiles through data-driven insights. You’ll work closely with Operations leadership to implement strategic enhancements and facilitate Kaizen events, focusing on waste reduction. Your responsibilities include developing operational designs and engineering documents to support efficient workflows in 3PL environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct data analysis to inform storage and slotting decisions
• Collaborate on reporting analysis for actionable insights
• Lead the detailed engineering process for design changes
• Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation for reviews
• Oversee the execution of vendor schedules and installations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or related engineering
• At least 4 years proven experience in engineering
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and SQL essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in 3PL environments preferred
