Position: IDD Coordinator for Digital Construction

Your role will be pivotal in supporting design and execution through advanced BIM integration.

As a mid-level professional, you will work under the IDD Manager to streamline project workflows by employing essential CAD and 3D modeling practices. This position is responsible for synchronization between development phases and the Digital Plan of Works, ensuring each project aligns with established performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in document production to facilitate project execution

• Support 3D modeling and CAD production activities

• Develop quality control practices in the Common Data Environment

• Coordinate meetings for 4D/5D integration discussions

• Manage clash detection reporting for effective resolution

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relative BIM/CAD experience required

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related areas

• Understanding of 3D modeling in Revit and AutoCAD

• Solid communication and organizational skills necessary

• Experience in drafting and report writing is a plus
