In this position, you will leverage project controls expertise to facilitate the sharing of lessons learned from past projects. Your analytical skills will help in assessing project performance data and informing team strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Capture valuable lessons learned from project execution

• Analyze project data for cost, schedule, and resource metrics

• Guide teams on the application of lessons learned

Requirements:

• Minimum of a 4-year degree required

• PMP is a plus

• Comprehensive understanding of project controls

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with dashboarding tools like Power BI
