As an Engineering Manager, you will guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical resources, focusing on performance management, hiring, and career growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor a team of approximately 8 engineers

• Manage capital projects, including budget and schedule oversight

• Ensure an effective compliance with industry standards

• Support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Drive initiatives for energy reduction and sustainability

Requirements:

• Extensive engineering management experience

• Familiarity with safety and quality regulation compliance

• Expertise in project estimation and execution

• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles

• Capability in resource and budget management
