Key Responsibilities- Develop functional task plans and checklists for maintenance teams
- Perform audits to ensure quality and efficiency in maintenance
- Review and inspect station structures, identifying deficiencies
- Provide technical advice throughout station project phases
- Liaise with stakeholders for effective project delivery
- Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in facility maintenance or transit operations
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Proven project management and team leadership skills
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
