As a Senior Process Engineer, you will lead the development and execution of manufacturing processes for automotive parts. Collaborating closely with project teams, your focus will be on continuous improvement and effective problem resolution. Your extensive experience will enable you to navigate complex engineering challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve and maintain machining processes to exceed customer requirements

• Plan, coordinate, and implement engineering projects

• Lead project teams of engineers to meet deadlines

• Address customer inquiries as the primary contact

• Manage cost tracking for all project components

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering

• 8-10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing engineering

• Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project

• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies

• Familiarity with automotive quality standards
