Position: Guelph Process Engineer with Linamar
Drive process excellence as a Process Engineer with Linamar Corporation in Guelph, Ontario. Your technical skills will be central to managing fabrication projects and ensuring quality standards.

As a skilled Process Engineer, you will bridge production planning and supplier communications to ensure that project requirements are met efficiently. With three to five years of experience, you will tackle specific processing challenges while preparing precise quotations.

Your role is pivotal in the oversight of both fabrication and assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shop priorities with production planning teams

• Engage in Advance Quality Planning meetings to promote quality

• Collaborate with raw material suppliers for engineering needs

• Analyze processing challenges for your assigned projects

• Maintain strong process control through troubleshooting

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering or equivalent

• 3-5 years of industry experience

• Familiarity with machine processes and CNC technology

• Strong communication skills for supplier engagement

• Experience using AutoCAD, CAD/CAM, Solid Works
