Injection Molding Process Engineer Position

Take the lead in injection molding as an experienced Process Engineer. Focus on molding process optimization and mold launch at a thriving, busy company.

In this role, you will utilize your engineering background to oversee daily operations and establish robust injection molding processes. Your job will involve optimizing parameters for new molds, conducting testing, and mentoring a skilled technical team. With your hands-on approach, you will help troubleshoot machining issues and ensure quality standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations in injection molding

• Document and optimize molding parameters

• Conduct DOE studies to refine processes

• Mentor technicians and oversee their work

• Collaborate with vendors to meet production timelines

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

• 3+ years relevant engineering experience

• In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes

• Hands-on experience with high-capacity machines

• Strong communication skills for training and mentoring
