Position: Expert Manufacturing Engineer Needed
Transform processes at a leading automotive manufacturer in Kitchener as a Manufacturing Engineer. Use your skills in Lean Manufacturing and process analysis to drive significant improvements.

You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying solutions to enhance operational efficiency through detailed feasibility studies and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your experience will be vital for implementing corrective actions, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while managing tooling updates and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement solutions for process efficiency

• Perform machine and capacity feasibility studies

• Take an active role in APQP and PFMEA

• Develop BOMs and maintain process routing accuracy

• Conduct audits and support Engineering Changes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in automotive manufacturing

• Engineering degree (Mechanical or Manufacturing)

• Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems

• Proficient in 3D & 2D CAD software

• Familiar with problem-solving methodologies like PFMEA
