Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Controls/Electrical Systems Engineer, managing electrical design and project delivery across North America. This role focuses on standardization, automation, and the latest AI-driven engineering practices.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering electrical solutions for water treatment systems, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with engineering standards. By utilizing CAD software and Lean methodologies, you'll enhance design processes while mentoring junior engineers throughout project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design electrical solutions ensuring manufacturability and efficiency

• Review CAD drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

• Maintain compliance with safety and engineering standards

• Optimize processes through Lean practices and collaboration

• Provide technical support for testing and validation

Requirements:

• BS in Electrical Engineering with at least 7 years' experience

• Expertise in control systems and relevant standards

• Proficient in AutoCAD and CAD Electrical

• Knowledge of PLC specifications and communication protocols
