On-Site Project Leader in Engineering and Construction Management

Lead critical project initiatives as a dedicated Project Leader. Utilize your engineering and project management expertise to drive successful delivery on-site and exceed project objectives.

In this MP2 level role, you will assist senior staff in coordinating project phases, implementing processes, and managing procurement. Your expertise will guide the engineering and construction of projects while ensuring compliance with safety and budget standards. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to prepare business case submissions and manage project reports effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate defined stages of project management

• Implement approved project management processes

• Support engineering, procurement, and construction activities

• Prepare business case submissions for approvals

• Document project deficiencies and resolutions

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of project management experience

• 4-year degree in a related field required

• Knowledge of engineering principles and economics

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills in English
