This role, based in Mississauga, Ontario, involves managing extensive project responsibilities within a significant New Nuclear program. Your leadership will drive the success of the GEH BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactor through effective procurement, construction, and team coordination. Experience is essential in both project delivery methodologies and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, defining timelines and resources

• Assemble and guide a high-performing project team

• Manage contracts and monitor compliance with safety standards

• Develop risk analysis and mitigation strategies

• Perform oversight and reporting on project performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years in project and engineering roles

• Proven experience in new build and nuclear projects

• Expertise in team management and leadership

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Familiarity with project controls and safety programs
