In the College of Engineering, the Senior Biomedical Engineering Laboratory Coordinator leads undergraduate teaching and research enhancement. Key responsibilities include the development of laboratory experiments, supervising and mentoring Graduate Teaching Assistants, and maintaining laboratory operations. Collaborate closely with faculty to promote experiential learning through engineering guidance, making a tangible impact on students and researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative lab experiments for Biomedical Engineering
• Supervise and mentor Graduate Teaching Assistants
• Maintain and operate specialized lab equipment
• Deliver lab instruction and technical support to students
• Support research activities and departmental initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or equivalent
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Expertise in lab development and engineering software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
