Innovate manufacturing processes as a Manufacturing Engineer at Core Molding Technologies. This role focuses on equipment optimization and technical solutions to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design tooling and production processes in Solid Works
• Support capital project planning and execution
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement
• Document and communicate engineering changes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Over 5 years of industrial engineering experience
• Proficient in Solid Works and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities
• Comfortable in hands-on manufacturing roles
