Become a Senior Engineer in Product Development based in Rocky Mount, VA, and lead innovative projects in blown film technology. Your contributions will play a key role from concept to production.
Reporting to the Sr. Product Development Director, you will function as a vital technical resource, guiding projects while collaborating across various teams to ensure operational success. This position demands a focus on quality assurance and creative solutions in flexible packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive development initiatives and manage extrusion trials
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for manufacturing solutions
• Develop packaging structures aligned with market needs
• Execute trials, providing real-time support and solutions
• Oversee quality troubleshooting and operational adjustments
Requirements:
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product or quality development
• Strong background in blown film extrusion is highly preferred
• Proficient in project management and communication
• Willingness to travel for project needs
