GHD is on the lookout for a Senior Project Director based in Markham, Ontario, to advance our transportation initiatives. In this role, you will manage highway-related design projects and ensure effective collaboration among engineering disciplines. Your expertise will guide project development from conceptual stages through to successful completion, focusing on client satisfaction and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully execute highway planning and design projects

• Lead project teams in detail design efforts

• Manage all aspects, including budgets and schedules

• Provide mentorship to junior and intermediate staff

• Contribute to business strategy and proposal development

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree

• Ontario P.Eng. required or eligible

• Minimum 15 years in transportation infrastructure

• Experience with municipal and provincial clients

• Strong track record of team leadership
