Environmental Noise and Vibration Senior Engineer/Scientist

RWDI is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join and contribute to our Environmental Noise & Vibration team in Ontario as a Senior Scientist/Engineer. This role supports clients across the buildings, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Participating in peer and design reviews, land use planning, EASR/ECA submissions, and hearing preparation.
Maintaining a client-focused approach, using your technical expertise to support the success of client projects.
Working closely with junior staff to advance their knowledge and abilities.
Supporting field measurement programs and data analysis as required.
Applying best practices and in-depth knowledge of the Ontario regulatory environment to support RWDI’s clients.
Contributing to environmental assessments and related documentation.
Considering a supervisory role depending on aptitude and interest.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in a relevant engineering discipline; eligibility for P.Eng registration with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) is preferred.
Candidates without P.Eng eligibility but with significant, relevant experience will also be considered.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Environmental Noise and Vibration.
Availability to work in person at our office in Guelph, ON.
Valid driver’s license required.
Background and interest in coding, particularly in Python.
Interest in electronics and instrumentation.
