Take your structural engineering career to the next level with CIMA+ in a hybrid position based in Mississauga. Lead impactful projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.
As an Intermediate Structural Engineer, you will be instrumental in overseeing design and construction processes while fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. With at least eight years of relevant experience, you will guide technical processes and ensure adherence to stringent quality standards, making a real difference in building engineering innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct structural design projects for buildings of all types
• Prepare comprehensive technical drawings and project specifications
• Perform evaluations of existing infrastructure
• Collaborate with teams from design concept to final execution
• Enforce quality assurance measures on all projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering
• Professional Engineer Ontario (PEO) certification
• Strong knowledge of Canadian design standards
• Valid driver’s license for site access
