As a Technical Support Engineer, you will manage and innovate laboratory facilities, ensuring a safe learning environment for students. Your background in engineering principles will allow you to support projects effectively, oversee safety compliance, and enhance existing equipment. Your 3-5 years of experience will be invaluable in troubleshooting and developing lab solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain teaching laboratories effectively
• Train staff on the safe use of laboratory equipment
• Troubleshoot computer networks and hardware issues
• Oversee safety inspections and enforce standards
• Develop programs to enhance lab delivery and efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering roles
• Proficiency in technologies including ASP.NET and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of laboratory hardware for science and engineering
