Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee in-house Transportation Design project development
• Manage and coordinate the review of engineering projects
• Supervise project designers to ensure high-quality work
• Collaborate across divisions and engage with the community
• Develop annual business plans and budgets
Requirements:
• Three-year diploma in Civil Engineering Technology
• Registered or eligible as a Certified Engineering Technologist
• Extensive design experience in transportation projects
• Strong knowledge of relevant engineering standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
