In this role, you will apply over five years of experience to develop and optimize RIM and SMC processes. Headquartered in a dynamic environment, you'll interact with Tier 1 automotive environments and maintain compliance with IATF 16949 standards. Your leadership in troubleshooting and project coordination will help refine manufacturing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and own new molding processes for programs
• Lead quality monitoring initiatives using SPC
• Train team members and manage project execution
• Conduct performance reviews on process metrics
• Drive collaboration with material and tooling suppliers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum five years in automotive manufacturing processes
• Proven experience in problem-solving and analysis
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and in teams
