Manufacturing Process Engineer - Linamar

In this intermediate role, you'll work alongside senior engineers to assist in the planning and development of complex processes, explore new tooling methods, and confirm manufacturing capabilities. Your insights will contribute to production schedules and quality improvements across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team on tooling-related solutions

• Assist in defining ergonomic and layout requirements

• Support resolving production process scrap issues

• Help in the introduction of new products and processes

• Update and maintain work instructions and tool lists

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable experience

• Licensed as a professional engineer (P.Eng.)

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, statistical analysis, and CAD/CAM

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills

• Strong communication for technical concept explanation
