CIMA+ is seeking an experienced Building Mechanical Technologist to support its multidisciplinary Buildings team. Your expertise will contribute to mechanical building systems across diverse projects including healthcare and office environments. Collaborate with engineers and architects from the design phase through construction, applying your skills in Revit and AutoCAD to create high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and BIM models for building systems

• Develop design documentation following client specifications

• Assist engineers with system layouts and equipment selection

• Ensure compliance with building codes and federal standards

• Participate in site visits and provide construction support

Requirements:

• 5+ years of mechanical design experience in a consulting environment

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required

• Experience with public-sector projects is preferred

• PSPC Reliability Clearance is mandatory
