Nuclear Projects Project Controls Lead

Reporting to the Project Controls Director, this pivotal role combines leadership and technical skills to manage project controls for nuclear-related initiatives. You will coordinate a team specializing in various aspects of project management, from scheduling to cost controls, while promoting transparency and communication throughout the project lifecycle. This position is essential for providing insights that drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance with project controls standards

• Establish and monitor project baselines and performance metrics

• Facilitate project performance discussions with stakeholders

• Develop comprehensive project controls and change management plans

• Assist with claims assessments and contract negotiations

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in project controls

• Relevant degree in Engineering or Construction

• Expertise in Primavera P6, SAP, and reporting

• Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management

• Proven leadership in high-performing teams
