Make a meaningful impact as a Part-Time Education and Prevention Coordinator at RGC's Great Blue Heron Casino. Educate and support players while promoting responsible gambling practices in a collaborative environment.

The Responsible Gambling Council is seeking a part-time coordinator to lead awareness initiatives at Play Smart Centres. You will engage with players and educate them on gambling risks while fostering partnerships with casino and charitable gaming staff.

Your role will also involve managing data and planning educational activities to promote informed choices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase awareness of Play Smart Centre Programs

• Engage players with inquiries, in person and on the phone

• Educate patrons on informed gambling choices

• Plan activities supporting positive play habits

• Maintain effective relationships with gaming staff

Requirements:

• Experience in social work, adult education, or related fields

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• High level of empathy in sensitive situations

• Valid G Class Driver’s License and travel flexibility

• Ability to lift up to 42 pounds frequently
