Job Overview
Lead the Finance workstream through all phases of the SAP S/4
HANA implementation lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
Serve as the key liaison between finance business stakeholders, the system integrator, and project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business needs and priorities.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to define, document, and optimize finance and accounting business processes, ensuring alignment with S/4
HANA best practices and organizational objectives.
Activities:
Actively participate in finance data preparation, cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data quality and integrity.
Develop and execute test plans, lead business process and user acceptance testing, and ensure timely resolution of defects and issues.
Build training materials and deliver hands-on training sessions for finance users. Support change management efforts to drive user adoption and readiness.
Work closely with other business and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of finance processes with related functions.
Manage workstream deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to project leadership and proactively resolving challenges.
Ensure all finance processes and deliverables comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Provide hands-on support during cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth transition to new ways of working.
Qualifications
HANA or similar ERP implementation projects.
