Use financial advice and relationship building at CIBC’s Oshawa-401 & Stevenson Banking Centre, working full-time onsite with personal and small business clients.
As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will understand client priorities and recommend personalized solutions for financial goals. You will manage a mortgage client portfolio individually or collaboratively, while supporting comprehensive retail banking and appropriate partner introductions. This temporary, fixed-term position requires 37.5 weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend financial, investment, and credit solutions
- Manage a portfolio of mortgage clients
- Build relationships through outreach and community events
- Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
- Two to three years providing financial advice
- Experience achieving sales results through advice-based conversations
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
- Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
- Client-first, goal-oriented, detail-focused approach
